Common Questions We Hear

  • What if I need more work that’s not covered under my plan?
    The support time is best purchased by proper service plan and you're not locked in to it when you no longer need it. However, if the time runs out but you need more help any given month beyond the allocated time of your plan, additional time can be purchased at $75/hr rate and requires your approval.
  • Will I have to sign a contract?
    Since our service is subscription-based and month-to-month - you don't need to formally sign anything. Your payment is your signature every pay period.
  • What happens if I cancel my monthly support?
    If you decide to sail on your own or move to another water basin - we're going to support your decision all the way to the new harbour. No hassle. No pressure. Just say a word and we'll hand you all the "sea maps" to move out.
  • Do you only support Wordpress Websites?
    Our primary setup is based on a Linux environment and cPanel hosting. That means you can host WordPress as well as Joomla, Open Cart, Drupal sites etc.
  • What coding language are you proficient in?
    Our combined skillset allows us to offer a vast array of services, platforms and programming languages. We do, however, specialize in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular/React and PHP scripted sites.
